Data Protection

All user personal information is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Obtaining a quotation from us

Use of our online design app forms the basis of a quotation, as such this is covered under the contract lawful basis of the GDPR. We store the designs created for a period of no more than 90 days so they may be reloaded / referred back to should the user require.

In order to protect the integrity of our online service we log IP addresses that access our design app and the vehicle templates. These logs are used solely to detect unusual access patterns and block any 'bad actors'. We do not associate the IP address with any other personal data. The logs are deleted on a rolling 90 day basis.

Transaction records

We store the details of all financial transactions for a period of 6 years from the end of the accounting period to which they relate, as required by law. We will store the matching design for the same period so as to hold a complete record of the transaction.

How we'll contact you

If we enter into a contract with you to supply goods, we will contact you by email to confirm acceptance of the order and again to inform you of dispatch of goods. These emails may include details of any products that we feel you may have a legitimate interest in. We will not send any promotional only emails.

Contacting us by email

If your email is not related to a quotation or supply of goods we will process it in accordance with the consent lawful basis. Your details will be removed from our systems once we respond.

Third party data processors

In order to dispatch goods, we have to supply a delivery address to the postal companies that we use. We currently use Royal Mail and Hermes, this is subject to change at our discretion. Our relationship with any delivery provider will be bound by the GDPR, ensuring they can only use the information we provide them in order to fulfil the delivery.

We use aggregate visitor data to monitor the performance of our website and advertising. This data is compiled on our behalf by Google through their analytics program. Data is permanently deleted on a 26 month rolling basis. No personal data is processed or stored and IP addresses are anonymised prior to processing.
